Hash Brown Casserole

2lb bag of frozen hashbrowns 1-16oz container of Sour Cream
1-2 cup bag of chedder or sharp chedder cheese 1-can or Cream of Chicken

1/2 cup of onions cut up small

In a 9xwhat ever pan 11 or 13, spray or butter sides and bottom. Dump frozen hashbrowns in pan & salt and pepper to taste (very important). Mix sour cream, cream of chicken and onions together and spread over top of frozen hashbrowns. Sprinkle entire package of cheese over the top, covering all the taters. Bake at 375 or 400 or so until contents are well heated and cheese is completly melted. It doesn't call for anything else, but before I serve it I always stir it up to get the cheese all mixed in with the other tasty stuff. This is a very tasty side dish and I bet there won't be any left. This serves about 4-6 hungry firefighters. Good Luck from the Okolona Firefighter's 2nd Platoon Station #2 Crew!!!!
