3 LBS Ground Chuck |
4 Potatoes (5 if small) |
| 2 pks Beef Stew Seasoning Mix | 1 can whole kernal corn |
| Large can crushed Tomatoes (or diced) | Water |
| Salt to taste | onion |
| Lg can Tomato juice | |
Instructions:
| Brown Ground Chuck, drain excess fat,
and return to pot. To ground chuck add cut up potatoes, seasoning mixes,
corn, salt, diced onion, and tomatoes. Then add tomatoe juice and water to
desired level of pot or thickness of soup. Simmer til potatoes are done.
