Easy Chicken Melt
| chicken breast (6 each) | cream of mushroom soup - l can |
| sour cream - amount equal to soup | cooking wine- 2 tablespoons |
| provolone cheese - 6 ounces grated | |
Instructions:
bake chicken breast at 350 degrees until chicken internal
temperature reaches 165 degrees. Place cream of mushroom soup and equal
amounts of sour cream in sauce pot over medium heat. Add cooking wine.
Pour over top of chicken breast. Sprinkle Provolone cheese on top. Serve
