Pico De Gallo
| 8-10 Good fresh Roma tomatoes | 2 med or 1 lg (1015) onions |
| 2-3 tbs Lime juice | 1 bunch of Cilantro |
| 6-10 Serrano peppers (take out seeds for the wimps) | |
Instructions:
Chop onions, tomatoes and peppers(these can be smaller) into about 1/4"
size pieces. Finely chop cilantro (almost to a paste).Put into a bowl stirring thoroughly
and add lime juice. Salt to taste. Enjoy this with beans, rice or by it self as
a dip, but be cautious sometimes the peppers can be a little WARM. This make
about 2 quarts and it can be easily multiplied.
