Instructions:

Core out cabbages,dice onions and bell peppers to 1" pieces. Dice bacon if not purchased as 'ends'.

In a deep stew pot fry bacon to 1/2 done and add peppers and onions. When all three are done, cut cabbages into 2"-3" chunks into the pot. Stir well. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder. Cover (leaving slight crack to allow some steam release). Cook over medium low, stiring every few minutes. Cook until cabbage reaches desired tenderness.

Can be altered for more people: add extra onion, pepper and pound of bacon per head of cabbage.
